Wellbeing It doesn't matter if I get a lot of sleep or a little and I've even tried keeping myself to a strict sleep schedule, but I always feel tired. I feel bad because I fall asleep in class a lot and I have to depend on coffee which I hate because it's unhealthy and doesn't always work. So I was wondering what's wrong with me and if there is anything I could do or take to wake me up?
